Process

Site and brief

We walk the site where possible, review your documents and clarify spaces, priorities, timeline and budget before any lines are drawn.

Concept and scheme

Massing, plans and key sections are developed as options, then refined into a scheme with materials and light in mind.

Drawings and site coordination

Construction drawings, details and schedules are prepared for execution, with site coordination as agreed in the proposal.

What to bring

Early information saves redrawing later. Share what you have; gaps can be listed as gaps.

Site documents you hold: survey, title or allotment papers, and any prior drawings.
A schedule of spaces: rooms, approximate sizes and how each will be used.
Constraints: trees or structures to retain, setbacks you know of, and neighbouring conditions.
A spending range, a preferred start date and any fixed commitments.
A few reference buildings or spaces with a line on what you value in each.

Coverage

Architectural projects are taken up across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Nadiad and Anand. Site visits and construction coordination are planned around the project location and agreed scope.

What about statutory submissions?

Design drawings are prepared for coordination with your consultants and authorities as agreed in the proposal. Requirements vary by site, so we confirm what is needed during the brief stage.

How are design fees decided?

Fees depend on the scope and the services required. After the initial conversation we prepare a tailored proposal covering services, fees and next steps.
