Renovation commissions define the boundary of work first, then detail it so contractors, vendors and consultants price and build from the same drawings.

Survey and scope

We study the existing space, its plan, photographs and constraints, and agree what changes, what stays and what needs opening up or verification.

Scheme and drawings

Re-planned layouts, materials and lighting are developed as one scheme and drawn for pricing and execution.

Coordination on site

Details and schedules guide civil, services and finish work, with site coordination as agreed in the proposal.

What to bring

Existing homes come with history. These help us scope honestly; anything missing can be marked for site verification.

Any available plan, plus recent photographs and basic measurements of each room.
A list of what must stay and what you want to change, room by room.
Society or maintenance rules you already know, such as working hours or wet-area limits.
A spending range, a preferred start date and whether you will live in the home during work.
A few reference images with a line on which part matters to you.

Renovation projects are taken up across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Nadiad and Anand. Site visits and coordination are planned around the project location and agreed scope.

Questions about renovations

Can we live in the home while work is going on?

Tell us which areas must stay usable and your daily constraints. Phasing intent is discussed during scoping and recorded in the proposal where staged work is agreed.

Can walls, kitchens or bathrooms be moved?

Share your plan and what you want to move. What is feasible depends on structure, services and society rules, which are checked during the brief and site-study stage before drawings are finalised.

What about society permissions?

Share any rules your society has given you. Drawing and documentation support needed for permissions is agreed in the proposal; requirements vary by building.

How are design fees decided?

Fees depend on the scope and the services required. After the initial conversation we prepare a tailored proposal covering services, fees and next steps.
